What is your show like? I devote every show to a particular genre of electronic music and produce a mix with different DJ tricks and transitions to make it sound interesting and continuous as a complete one hour composition.
Why should people listen to the show? People, who like electronic music or those who are interested to find out what modern electronic music is all about, tune in. I play a wide range of electronic music from House, Techno or Break Beat to Dubstep and Drum and Base. Generally speaking, people who would like to hear a one hour mix of EDM (Electronic Dance Music) will be pleased with my show.
How long have you had a show at WSUM? I have had a show for a year before I became a UW student, I took a break during my first semester in UW but after that I returned to the station.
What do you do outside of the station? I work on my own music productions and if time permits I go to the clubs to see other electronic musicians or DJs.
Favorite Music/Best album of 2012: This year, I discovered a lot of interesting artists, but the most productive and surprising with each release was John Tejada. His album "The Predicting Machine" is my favorite of 2012.
Fun fact about you or your show: Many people think I am from Germany, although I am not. Call me during my show and I will tell you where I am originally from.
