b.    Program Director- First Trainee Meeting is Mon 7-9/Trainees should send their letter of interest to prog at wsum dot org bc Dave is out of town./Adding new stuff to the BSI!<br />
c.    Community Outreach Coordinator- Lose the Shoes on the 27/ Homecoming in Oct./Re-doing the food-drive bucket to make it sparkle!<br />

f.    Production Director- New Promos added/ Movers stopped by with clipboards and did a walkthrough of the station.<br />

a.    Traffic Directors: WBA Awards are coming up. Please submit something. <br />
b.    Program Director: Eric Moody presented some statistics regarding the trainee exams (something like 14% of trainees classify “coastie” as profane.), Presented Philip Gilreath (new program director as of Jan. 1) with the “program rod” SHOW PROPOSALS DUE MONDAY DECEMBER !<br />
c.    Community Outreach Coordinator: Passed around a sign-up sheet for people interested in hosting/attending dance parties over winter break. Please donate food and toys to the food and toy drives. Leave your donations in the bins near the lobby entrance. Dan presented Cory Schultz (new community outreach coordinator) with the “community outreach bat.”<br />

f.    Production Director: Consider making a show promo for next semester! Email: prod at wsum dot org for assistance.<br />
g.    Promotions Director: In the process of ordering some new merch (tote-bags, shirts, aluminum water bottles)! Jenny also put together a powerpoint of photographic WSUM memories from the 2008 calander year which played on loop while people arrived.<br />
h.    Talk Director: Reminder to be careful about putting guests on the air. Use the dump button if you need to! THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR PRESSING THE DUMP BUTTON!<br />
i.    Station Manager: Please keep the station clean! Station property has been going missing and we’re trying to get to the bottom of it. If you have any info, email traffic at wsum dot org. Y Mae has been working with Jen Herritz to put together a housewarming party for our new station.<br />
j.    Technical Director: Talk to him if you have any questions including questions about the new place.<br />
k.    General Manager: Goodbye and Thanks to graduating senior Willie Maclaren. Dave also thanked and highlighted the terms of all execman members since January 2007.<br />

g.    Promotions Director – Snake on the Lake Ad was in the Badger Harold today, will have Ad in the Cardinal tomorrow.<br />

i.    Station Manager – Snake on the Lake is SATURDAY! We will be flyering Thursday and Friday on Library Mall. We need to find a screen and projector for Tortoise.<br />

k.    General Manager- Main Towers entrance will be closed for the next 2-3 weeks. Keep brown lobby door locked. Thinking about switching from BSI to a new automation system.<br />

a.    Traffic Directors – Current Project – Ripping CD’s to media drive for BSI, selling CD’s at Maxwell St. Days. Still need to rip more and sort them for pricing.<br />
b.    Program Director – Training is finished, and new DJ’s have been assigned show times.<br />
c.    Community Outreach Coordinator – Early August  AIDS ACT 7 Ride, Volunteers needed  for the day of the event. Also August 9, we will be DJing for the event. No money acquired, but we get our logo on their t-shirts. <br />
d.    Fundraising Coordinator <br />
e.    Music Director – Vinyl is up, Library looks nice. Charts are being done.<br />
f.    Production Director – Listening to sound effects, emailed DJs about making show promos.<br />
g.    Promotions Director – Still need volunteers for Maxwell St Days. Also possibility of DJing at the first night of the Overture? <br />
h.    Talk Director – Looking for Missing Digital Recorder! Working on checkout system. Also trying to fix confusion about aircheck tapes in the sports department.<br />
i.    Station Manager – SOTL Fest is shaping up. Finding acts, and still trying to solidify headlining act.  Met with local artist JT who seems pretty solid, and willing to play.<br />
j.    Technical Director<br />
k.    General Manager – College for Kids is over, but there is going to be a Radio Journalism class for three weeks starting next week(?) Website is stagnant at the moment, and needs some updating. DJs have been having some problems with access to the station, email has been sent addressing the issue.<br />

V.    Old business<br />
a.    SOTL Funding – Still trying to find businesses to provide funds, going to hit up State St businesses.<br />
<br />
VI.    New business<br />
a.    Maxwell Street Days – Setting up at 7 am. People have been asking for playlist CDs.<br />

d.    Fundraising Coordinator  - 5k has been raised for SOTL! Allie is waiting to hear back from more potential sponsors as well. <br />
e.    Music Director <br />
f.    Production Director – Show promos are coming along nicely.<br />
g.    Promotions Director  - Shirt designs for SOTL are underway. Contact Katie if you have ideas.<br />

i.    Station Manager – A headliner for SOTL is in the works, but not quite confirmed.<br />
