a. Traffic Directors- Thanks for helping with station clean-up!/ Keys are back in/ Trainee Tours are going well.
b. Program Director- First Trainee Meeting is Mon 7-9/Trainees should send their letter of interest to bc Dave is out of town./Adding new stuff to the BSI!
c. Community Outreach Coordinator- Lose the Shoes on the 27/ Homecoming in Oct./Re-doing the food-drive bucket to make it sparkle!
d. Fundraising Coordinator

f. Production Director- New Promos added/ Movers stopped by with clipboards and did a walkthrough of the station.
g. Promotions Director – Water bottles are in!/ Working on SOTL/ Putting a DJ Night fundraiser together.
h. Talk Director- Will send out an email regarding student orgs.
i. Station Manager- Working on SOTL./ Got the “Late Night” grant of $500/ Ad in the Onion today/ Ordered SOTL shirts/Sunday is a HUE SOTL meeting…stop by!
j. Technical Director-New Portable system!!!/ “New” turntables!/ DJ entry page got a facelift…must enter “artist” and “song” punctuation is now okay.

a. Website- we can’t update the host name…email ben siegel.
b. Snake on the Lake Fest- 10 days! We need volunteers for the day of.
VI. New business
a. Ancillary budget approval – Rolling Budget…will make it harder to shut us down if that ever happens.
