Keep using goodsearch.com bc it makes us money! Also, Big thanks to Y Mae for doing an awesome job with SOTLF. Thanks were given in the form of ice cream for everyone. Flavors included: “Strawberry Sussman,” “Mae I have some vanilla…Y sure!” “I’m pregnant and I want some chocolate.” Thanks was also given in the form of Chocolate scented Axe bc great station managers deserve to smell brotacular too!”

c. Community Outreach Coordinator: “Lose the Shoes” was a success. Homecoming is coming up and the theme is “Bucky Saves the Day” (superheroes) so our float will be “The Dark Knight Club.” Let Dan know if you would like to help with the float or dance on it during the parade.

e. Music Director: Don’t do shitty CD reviews or Amanda will take away your off-air hours. She also has off-air hour opportunities for you! If you’re interested, email

g. Promotions Director: New swag! We have new, crazy-awesome WSUM pens and water bottles! They’re free while supplies last. Get yours from the info table in the lobby by the exec man mailboxes.

i. Station Manager: How does everyone feel about having some sort of Halloween Shindig? Also, Y Mae’s term as station manager is winding down :( . Declare candidacy for station manager. Y Mae’s office hours are listed on the door.
j. Technical Director: Took questions from attendees. We will need new ID’s for the new station bc of the swipe card access system. We should be settled in the new station by the start of second semester.
k. General Manager: Interested in a tour of the new place? As we approach move in, we might be able to take some people over for a look around… if you’re interested, post your interest somewhere in the forums at WSUM.org. We will start moving stuff over to the new station in November. All exec man positions will be opening up soon…think about applying!

V. Old business

VI. New business
a. Towers door situation: The main entrance to the towers will be closed off for a couple of weeks. A lot of kids from towers will be using our entrance to get in. They seem to get lost easily and wander into the station…please point them in the right direction and try to be nice. Also, the second floor door by the stairs will remain unlocked until this situation is over. The “Emergency exit” by the stairs on the first floor will also be useable (no alarm will sound). Sorry for this terrible inconvenience, it’ll all be over soon, hopefully.
