a. Traffic Directors –Updating the Alumni Lists
b. Program Director- Training is going on…still in small group sessions.
c. Community Outreach Coordinator- Ally Fest went well. Next project is homecoming. If you need something spray painted, talk to Dan.
d. Fundraising Coordinator -
e. Music Director –All is well. Business as usual. Review CD’s everyone, do a good job or else!
f. Production Director- NA
g. Promotions Director – Email for MTV’s “The Real World” Should we do something with this?
h. Talk Director- Working with Emily S on election day coverage. Possibly working with someone who would like to do their sociology project on the station.
i. Station Manager- Working on a lot of “projects.”
j. Technical Director- Trying to solve the issues with the new printers. The new google automation system looks like is will be pretty raw.
k. General Manager- Will be out of town for much of next week and so will Matt Rockwell. Election is coming up soon. Check the “E(l/r)ection Board” next to the exec man mailboxes for schedules and timelines regarding the available positions. Should we have a party for the opening of our new station?

V. Old business
a. Website- Working on getting some color into the schedule. What’s with “smoke on the water?”
b. Homecoming
c. Halloween – party? Rootbeer keg? Party planning committee? Bobbing for apples, costume contest etc.
