a. Traffic Directors: Matt J- talking to someone about getting a daily weather forecast on the website
b. Program Director: Training is almost done. 6-8PM Tomorrow is the last meeting.
c. Community Outreach Coordinator: Business as usual
d. Music Director : Business as usual. Y Mae proposed that we start emailing the charts again as well as post them on the website. This would involve getting the metal charts from Derek Buhr.
e. Production Director: Made a sweet new promo for “Mustache Bash.” Play it!
f. Promotions Director: Working on the new sticker design. Compiling a database of ticket winners and will send it to Philip to add to our contacts list.
g. Talk Director: Workshop tonight at 6:30 in the station.

j. General Manager: Went toa meeting for the new building-talked a lot about moving. Furniture starts moving in tomorrow and our equipment should arrive on Dec. 16. Our physical move will be on January 12 at 8AM and we will need people to help direct the movers. We might also need help organizing the music that we’ll need to pack up in the library. We turned in our notice stating that we will be out of Towers by January 31. SWAP will get all of our stuff. Computers will not be moving so you should get your data off the computers or move it to the network, which will be moving with us. Dave will has a bunch of meetings coming up in preparation for the governance board meeting that is fast approaching.

a. Wiscards and access to new station: They will be free if you turn in your old one. Community members will need to get their access card from the police station. People graduating in the spring that plan to stay for summer will need to get a new card at the start of summer from the police station.
b. Mock FCC inspection Dec. 12: This is a Friday. All of the Dj’s on Friday should know how to run an EAS test!!!
c. Secret Satan: (like “Secret Santa”) Will probably take place Dec. 17
d. End-of-year awards: Moody will head a committee to put this together. Awards will probably be presented at Secret Satan.
