WSUM is proud to announce that WSUM Alumnus and Emmy Award recipient Martinez White debuted his sophomore film Preaching to the Choir May 7th, 2015in collaboration with 100 State and Let's Keep Building.

About the Filmmaker

White is an emerging filmmaker hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He previously hosted Black Box radio for WSUM, a Hip Hop music and radio discussion show. As a scholar of the P.E.O.P.L.E. Program, White earned his B.A. Degree in Communication Arts (Radio-TV-Film) & Afro-American Studies.
