Jacob Davenport, a 38-year-old man who has been suspected of committing a homicide in February, was found and arrested in Texas.

Davenport allegedly shot 28-year-old James Thomten in Beloit. The victim's body was found on Feb. 9, in Davenport's SUV. According to the La Salle County Sheriff's Office in Texas, Davenport was sent for jail on Saturday with Beloit police filing a warrant for his arrest. As of now, authorities are charging the man with first degree intentional homicide.
