Joe Biden, Judge Jill Karofsky and Marcy's Law are declared the winners in Wisconsin's Spring Election.

According to the AP, Wisconsinites favored former Vice President Biden in the presidential primary and Judge Karofsky over incumbent Justice Dan Kelly in an election held amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

According to NBC15, with over 80% of Wisconsin precincts reporting, 64% of Tuesday's voters cast their ballot for Biden with 31% voting for Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, who dropped out of the Democratic presidential primary the day after the election.

In the State Supreme Court Race, the liberal Karofsky trumped the conservative Kelly by a margin of 53% to 47%, narrowing the court's conservative majority to 4-3.

Wisconsinites also overwhelmingly approved Marcy's Law, with three-fourths of voters supporting it. According to Ballotpedia, the law would amend the Wisconsin State Constitution to grant additional privacy and procedural rights to alleged crime victims during legal proceedings.

At press time, only 10% of precincts have reported their results for Madison's school board races for seats six and seven, WSUM will issue a call on these races as more data emerges.
