Right-wing election observers have been interrupting the recount process in Dane & Milwaukee counties. 

Election officials suspect intentional obstruction of the recount process. In some instances, the Trump-affiliated election observers object to every ballot that the tabulation machines pull. 

The Trump campaign is paying $3 million in hopes that a recount in WIsconsin's bluest counties will erase Biden's 20,000 vote lead. 

Election officials describe the environment within the convention hall where the recount is taking place as acrimonious and chaotic, according to Channel 3000.

The alleged rule-flouting and intentional obstruction has slowed the recount significantly, making it difficult for the county clerk to predict when the results will be finalized.
