New Taylor Swift album is released

Taylor Swift's 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” was released on April 19. Fans have speculated that the album is about her breakup with Joe Alwyn and her short fling with Matty Healy from The 1975. Did you forget that they had a fling, too?

The album received a perfect score of 100 from Rolling Stone, who labeled it as an “instant classic.” However, fans are debating whether or not the album really deserved it. Some fans have criticized the lyrics, saying that Swift is afraid of not being number one and that all the songs sound the same. Other fans are defending the album, comparing it to Ariana Grande and Beyonce's latest albums by chart numbers.
